We welcome children from 16 months through Kindergarten and serve families in Madison and the surrounding communities.
What is Montessori?
If you are new to Montessori, you’re not alone.
Montessori is not just another type of preschool. It is a way of learning that gives children more independence and hands-on opportunities to discover things for themselves. Instead of every child doing the same activity at the same time, teachers guide children based on their age, interests and readiness.
You’ll see children choosing their own work, practicing everyday skills, working with hands-on materials and learning alongside and from children of different ages.
The goal isn’t just to prepare children for the next grade. It’s to help them become confident, capable, curious life long learners.
